How do I read e-mail while I'm away from home?

The easiest way to read your eSuite.ca email while away from home is to utilize our WebMail interface. This will allow you to read and compose email messages from any location where you have access to a web browser.

NOTE: You will require your username and password in order to use the webmail interface. Your username is the portion of your email address before the "@" sign. Example, joe@esuite.ca, would simply be joe.

How do I setup Outlook or Outlook Express as my e-mail client?

eSuite.ca’s E-mail service may be used with any SMTP/POP3 Mail Client, however we only provide documenation for Outlook 2003, and Outlook Express. Please select the client you would like to use below:

How do I create or delete e-mail accounts?

eSuite.ca offers its customers the ability to login to the Customer Care Site and manage a number of different aspects of their account. One management feature is E-Mail configuration, simply login to the Customer Care Site using the Login and Password provided on your eSuite Customer Sign up sheet or if you do not have this information please contact eSuite.ca’s Technical Support department at 416-853-1000 opt. #1.

How do I block unwanted email / spam?

Microsoft Outlook Express has the ability to block specific email addresses from sending mail to your email address. A brief tutorial is provided below for your assistance.

This document is only relevant to Outlook Express for other client software please consult your documenation.

  • Open Outlook Express
  • Select a message from the person you wish to block
  • Click Message Menu
  • Select the Block Sender Item
  • Confirm the Address, and click on OK
  • You have now blocked that senders address.
