Areas shown as under construction will be completed in 2024. As this time due to changing weather conditions we will not be providing a specific time frame by street. We will deliver a letter to each home when construction begins on your street. Time frames and specifics will be provided to in that letter. We look forward to continuing to expand our network in the community.

Are there any installation fees?


A one time installation fee of $299.99 will be charged to connect your home to our network.

Included with our installation are the following items:

  • Professional Onsite Installation
  • Fibre Modem
  • 300M of fibre optic cable from the property line to the house
  • 30M of indoor fibre optic cable from the point of entry to the modem location.

If your property is located over 300M from the property line an additional fee per meter of cable may apply, please contact us for more details.

How is service connected to my house?


Our service is connected to your home via a small conduit that is run from one of our pedestal locations underground to the side of the house. Typically, we will follow a similar path to the hydro utility service that comes in to your home.  Our crews will use a small trenching tool that will allow us to place the conduit under your grass without the need to remove strips of grass to run our conduit.  At the side of the home a small box is installed which will serve as the connection point to the home and from there to your router.
